Hawaii Part II

Saturday, May 3rd

On Saturday morning we ate breakfast at the infamous "Hukilau Cafe!" (from the movie "50 First Dates")

Then we headed over to Sharks cove for some more snorkeling!

After a rough morning of snorkeling we drove over to Ko'Olina Beach and soaked up some rays at lagoon #3

On our way back from Ko'Olina we saw the hugest rainbow across the whole sky!! Andrea hung out the window to get some pics! Made our day! :)

Sunday, May 4th

Sunday morning we ate Brunch at the cheesecake Factory--I know, I know--they have them in Cali-but they have KILLER waffles with strawberries and chantilly sauce...so we had to go!
Then, because we enjoyed it so much the previous day, we went back to Ko'Olina beach lagoon #3 and relaxed in the sun a little more!

Monday, May 5th Back to Waikiki Beach!Our last day in paradise we went to Waikiki beach early that morning until just before we had to check out of our hotel. Then we did a little shopping and eating in Waikiki and then had our last delicious dinner at Dukes--my favorite!! Andrea and I split the Opa fish and had the yummy salad bar! It was a perfect ending to a fabulous trip! We had full bellies for our flight home that evening! Aloha!

Hawaii Part I

Hanauma Bay!

Thursday, May 1st

Our first day on O'ahu Andrea and I went snorkeling at this fabulous bay! We saw many beautiful fish and even my very, very favorite--a Sea Turtle!! This was my very first time seeing one while snorkeling and I was super excited--I was screaming through my snorkel--wish I got a picture. :(

North Shore!

Friday, May 2nd

On Friday morning, on the way out to the North Shore, Andrea and I stopped off at Kualoa Park, in Kaneohe Bay and took a pic of "Chinaman's Hat!"

Then a little further down the road we stopped off at some little beach and found a tree with man made wood plank steps...so-what did we do?.....we climbed it!! :)

And then took pictures of ourselves on the rocks!

Later that day, once we reached the North Shore, we went to Waimea Bay Beach Park and as you can see--I jumped off the "Rock!!" My sisters told me that I could not leave that beach until I did it. Once I got to the top, I looked down and thought---oh great--and then jumped off...once I was swimming back to the shore I looked at Andrea and said--"I am totally going to jump off that again--that was awesome!!" And then Andrea said, "Good because I didn't get that jump on camera!" Great!! HA!
