One of Johns best, best friends from high school, Luke was married this past weekend in the San Diego Temple. It was so sad for me and Luke as well that John could not be there.

We both missed him and I know John would have loved to be there.

This past weekend I went out to Covina for cousin Christina's baby shower.

Jarret and Christina are expecting their first baby boy this October and we are all so excited for them! They are going to be fabulous parents and I wish them all the best and a happy, healthy baby!

My Birthday keeps going...& going...& going!

This past weekend I went out to my parents house for the weekend! We had to celebrate my birthday more...so we went out for pizza! We went to my favorite pizza place, Toppers!

My mom, my aunt Nancy, and my sister Bekah all walked into Toppers with Princess crowns on--I was so embarrassed...well, you know me...actually I wasn't! I loved it!! Ha! Except for the part where they made me where a QUEEN crown and said that I am too OLD now to be a princess. hmmmmmm NEVER!!! My niece Tasia looks like a real princess in her crown!

Then on Sunday we had my second favorite dinner at my moms....Tacos! After tacos and cake, we had a "Gone With the Wind" movie marathon because that is my all time favorite movie! It was so much fun!!!

John was asked by USC dental school to write a first person account of his experience in Iraq to be published in the monthy update. He did a great job!

Katherine, Chloe, Ryan, and Kalista came swimming at my pool on Thursday! It was lots of fun, but poor little Kalista was stung by a bee...she was brave and eventually she was up and swimming again!
