2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300*

2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggnog, vanilla, and egg yolks; beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed just until combined. DO NOT OVERMIX.
4. Drop by teaspoonfulls onto ungreased cookie sheet 1" apart. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg. Bake 20-23 minutes until bottoms turn light brown.

I am so glad that you posted that recipe - I like you, also love anything eggnoggy!!!
I like eggnog! You can make those for me when you come out for Christmas. Thankssss!
It's been so long since I've checked everyone's blogs! Looks like you've been having a lot of fun. All the pictures make me miss your family. I've never tried eggnog, but those cookies look yummy! Make some for me too and bring them this-a-way... =)
I made these and they actually make eggnog tolerable for me. My husband (who loves eggnog) absolutely loved them! :) Only thing is they turned out super thin...maybe it has to do with elevation!
